PPF AEDM22 From this week

The wave
This one is not yet finished, as I started it at midnight, but I wanted to photograph it before I might spoil it.
The idea is to ad foam bubbles on it. I have seen how to do it with color and dish soap.
So, wish me luck on that.

On stage, my own, homemade, stencils and foam brush on CARBon paper

My Orchids liquidized in photoshop

And a combination of orchids and ballerina

The orchids and ballerina somehow belongs together. So, I cut out the dancer using a scalpel from a copy on paper. Had some fun with the orchids and combined it all in photoshop.
And, right now I realized I can actually cut out stencils from OverHead sheets that I have a load of since I was working.

Outside is a grey day so I need some color. 😀

AEDM18 On stage

Cutout ballet dancer
I copied a dancer from Pinterst. I had it for a couple of days until I realized I probably have a scalpel somewhere. When I worked as a truck designer I used some tools I still have. They were not needed when designing was digitized. Now I found the scalpel and the writing template.

The scalpel made me able to cut out the white dancer from the white paper. So the image shows the cutout dancer as white and the "cutout form" as the black paper. Then it took me two days fo figure out what to do with them. Teh finished one is the first "On stage", CARBon paper, foam brush and tempera white color. Stencil used for the horns and lettering template.

So, now I can create my own stencils 😊

All different

Wildlife at night!
Another piece on CARB-on A4 black paper. I used stencil for the deer. The rest is a circular foam brush.

Flower field!
This piece was a happening. It was a photo poster from the start that I scraped away the image. Then I used it as black and white art. A week ago I painted it with gold and blue Tempera color. And was lost. :( After using the foam brush on the CARB-on paper I decided to make a Flower field. I was inspired by a real one in a farm outside my town. Lots and lots of flowers, Poppy and many others. So, this is an interpretation of that colorful field.

Autumn avenue
This is an avenue outside my town leading to a Mansion. I photographed it a couple of days ago. This time I did not use photohop for the edit. I have another one called Topaz. The filter used was oil paint.

On my wall in the hall

On my wall in the hall

I finally got to the point when I start to hang my art on the walls. I chose the wall between kitchen and bedroom for the circular ones. And added the rectangular one that was created with the circular one above it.

Made a quick test of some "patterns" on my shelf. CARBON A4 paper and white tempera.

BOKEH LAKE
This is digital and quite impossible to describe the process. Many images and techniques used. For short it is a blurred branch in front of a blurred lake

Sailing and deer Testing pencils and blending

I was playing with pencils and blending in sunset colors. Then I remembered I had this deer image so I put it in there. It is painted on a overhead plastic sheet. Thought I would have it on a window but it did not work so well. But adding a black background in Photo shop, it looks much better.

This one was made at the same time as the deer above. But on black paper.

I like the way the acrylic colors interact with the black, carbon, paper. I might make a poster from it.
