Paint and photo work, hard soft and wet

Oslo!
This is created from an image when I was on a train in Oslo, Norway, going north.
I took a quick shot through the window and played with it later. It is created by two images of the same shot. One rotated 180 deg to create this architecture for Rains TAD. (to be honest I created it a few years back)

This is the same as above but my lamp was on. I liked the effect so I share that as well. I think if would be nice as a photo poster.

Blue eye!
I was bored one day and so I played around a bit with water, soap and drops of oil. And, this happened.

  1. Monica,

Your first photo is really cool. I love how you manipulated it through photo-editing. :) The dandelions painting is a reminder of days that go by fast like the puff of the wind against this a dandelions fluffy head. Cool photo-art with the water droplet, oil, and soap!

Playing with the drop of oil in color that looks like an eye is so interesting.

  6. I apologize for taking so long to visit. It was definitely beyond my control. I'm trying to catch up, but it's harder than I actually imagined it would be.

I absolutely LOVE that building shot you took. What a great and beautiful digital beauty. I'm super impressed. Who cares if it was take a few years ago. It is totally AWESOME.

  9. I love the Olso image ... good enough for your yearly display, yes? Or are you going to be able to do it this year because of Covid 19 :( I love your Grebe abstract ... I love the Grebes and this shines new light on them. I get a chuckle out of all the fun techniques that you use to arrive at your art pieces ... and yes, I can see that blue eye. You are a trip, Monica ... love it all :)

  12. Hi Monica! :) I love your flowers and that blue eye! Actually I love the blue eye the best, it's so neat! The architecture photography is very cool! Your grebe abstract is really neat, at first I saw a hand coming out of the water (the very left side)...of course I realized it was the grebe after, but I loved my first impression!
