Smokey eyes

This Eye challenge made me think of an old piece I created. The eyes are the eyes of my granddaughter and the smoke came from candles. The two images fit nicely togther.

I had some fun trying out new things this week. I did not get the canvas from last week as  I wanted it but at least it is brighter now. I used it as backdrop for my little Aphrodite figurine.

The landscape came from the pattern I got on the canvas as I prepared it with gesso.

The stump I had before and now only made some surroundings with a fan brush.

The red eye started with leftover red and black color from the Yellowstone piece.

Thanks everyone for visiting and have a great week.
