Flipping

Autumn!
This is a branch I photographed a week ago. The leaves was as red as can be.
Digitally altered.

This is a photopaper painted with acrylics and then I put another on top of it and then flipped it away. It gives the wavy patterns that I like. Then I had the animal constellations and added them. It is small, only 15x12 cm

For Midweek Muse. Red leaves on a tree and animals on the dark night of autumn.

A flip like the one above but here I show both papers after dividing them.
They looked quite good on my balcony floor
😏

I usually don´t post food in my medias, so this is an exception as Rain does love Donuts . :)
This is my favorite donut. It is flavored with Cinnamon and filled with vanilla cream.
The shop rarely have them and it was on sales, I think you say, so I bought 12 of them.
😁
I guess one can´t call these Harvest Dinner, but the ingredients was harvested once. And it belongs to food category.

  1. You are teasing us (or me) with those donuts. YUMMMY! And since it is breakfast time, it makes my typical breakfast shake look bland-smile. I am loving the art today. The digitally changed leaves look great, and I love how you made the constellation piece. Happy end of the week. hugs-Erika

  5. yes it is. And different sizes. I have a lot of them sinse the time when I was supposed to print photos myself. It was difficult to get good prints so the paper is still around. Hope see what you comes up with. :)

  8. Okay ... explain flipping. I love the results, but not sure how you achieved them. And, I would have your donuts for a Harvest Breakfast, so I think that still counts, right? Love your red leaves in the tree ... looks like a dark night. Well done, Monica ...

  9. You're killing me with those yummy looking doughnuts, Monica! I think I could eat all twelve of them right now. Your flip art is striking. I didn't know you could do art like that. I have acrylics and I have old photo paper. I need to try it. Thank you for the inspiration. Your branch has an eerie, mystical feel, with a hint of horror ~ really cool! Have a great weekend!
