Hard to explain this one. I leave it to your fantasy.
Sea bottom!
Painted a scallop on a A4 paper. So it is stuck together. Added some things I have laying around to create a more interesting ocean view. And took a shot

Sweden are lifingmost of the Corona restrictions yesterday. People are happy to go dancing and watching football. So, now we only have to wait and see if it works out well or if it creates more disasters. Still, take care everyone.

Luv the surrealism - horses
ReplyDeleteMine is HERE
(✿◠‿◠)
much love...
Monica,
ReplyDeleteThe distorted horses brought to mind the famous painting the Scream. Your ocean painting has some nice elements . At first I didn't notice the scallop shell it blends in quite well. :) Have a doodletastic day, my dear!
Curious as a Cathy
Interesting art today, I especially love the surreal horses, wonderful! Valerie
ReplyDeleteLove the surreal horses :)
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
I apologize for being so late visiting today. I'm having eye problems. I love those surreal horses and what reminds me of a buffalo, too. You did great on this challenge, Monica.
ReplyDeleteI am fascinated by the horses. WOW!!!
ReplyDeleteVery creative. The second one made me think of a buffalo! Happy PPF!

Like Cathy wrote I too thought of the scream with the distorted horses. Lovely movement within your paint work.
ReplyDeleteHappy PPF Monica and stay safe as those restrictions are now lifted.
Hugs Tracey x
You nailed it with this art. Have a great day.
ReplyDeletethanks :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I love the horses.
ReplyDeleteI can see sea creatures in the second one, and a face.
Happy PPF!
Love your surreal horses ... just enough manipulation to achieve your goal. And, your Adventure is an exercise in mental anguish. There is so much in that picture that I had forgotten what I first saw by the time I thought I had seen it all. Oh my ... You are a hoot, Monica. I always hope that people will be cautious, but I know they just keep pushing to the edge here too. I know you will be careful and safe .

Love the horses and your other art.
ReplyDeleteYour surreal horses are really eye-catching! I love that one so much. Our restrictions were lifted, then 2 months later, we are back to restrictions. People don't realize how serious this is. The Covid count went back up to hundreds after the restrictions were lifted! I will NEVER stop wearing a mask!!!
