 Dolphins

The images above. Many years ago I was about to print my own photos and bought a lot  of photo paper. It turned out to be difficult and expensive to do as it took a lot of paper and ink. So, I gave it up. I have had those papers on my desk for ages. But this week I got tired on watercolor paper. so I thought I would try to paint on the photo paper. It is glossy so it takes a different style to paint. So far I like it. The papers are small 10x16,5 cm. The paint is tempera.
As I recently seen images of dolphins swimming in Luminescence water I tried that. It was fun. 😊

Waiting for my brother yesterday, we were to go for a drive, my cup of coffee ended up on watercolor paper. A4

Abstract  autumn colors
Tempera color on watercolor paper A4 with additional frame in Photoshop
I did this for Rains Garden challenge. If you want to see the process go to the post before this one.
I made separate posts this week

Tree abstract

The circle in the center is a CD painted with Tempera colors with a grass brush. That kind of grass with fluffy seeds in the top. Quite fun experiment. But then Photoshop surprised me. I was about to make the "frame" black around the circle, but PS made some fill of the tree instead. I kept it because I like it, but can´t figure out HOW it happened so I am unable to recreate it 😞

What a messy process

I decided to create an abstract with some colors I thought would go well together. I was not disappointed as the dark brown was even better then I thought. I haven´t used it before as it looks dull in the bottle.

A messy process! But I like these colors together. Will probably use them again.

Bubbles Coffee and Blue Corona

I have been staring on that blue color for a while. Now I cleaned up a black tile and now it got "infected"

Well, one needs to have some fun with it, right?
Corona is not only a virus. It is also the beautiful light around the sun. In this case, a blue sun.
But on the news the past days it seem to have slowed down a bit. Maybe there is light in the end of the tunnel?

Easter and spring art

For Rains Easter challenge.  I found these two 2 days ago at the local store. They said "Easter" to me, Even if they are not yellow I like them, so do the Blue and great tits. They have been checking if this is good nesting material .

Down town they have decorated light poles with large golden eggs.  This is a bokeh version of them.

This is a version of what I earlier did om canvas. This is a flip on yellow A4 paper and tempera color. It works a little different then on canvas but quite fun anyway. And can be stored in a file.

I wish everyone a great Easter holiday. Even if one has to celebrate it on "safe distance".
I will stay home alone, I don´t want to risk my daughter as she will undergo a surgery after the holidays. She needs to stay safe.
