This bag of small soaps are souvenirs from my trips. Finally I get a chance to make use of them :)
Finally the "Fish bowl" is finished. I glued it on a board and painted the edges a little. When the painting dryed it "sank" doen into the pizza box creating the texture of bricks. I added a little blue color on the edges. 30x30cm
"Green" A new pour on canvas. There are a little cells but not much. I think I had too creamy colors. Not fluid enough. 20x20cm
Practising movement of handdrawing using different kinds of felt tip pens and pens with gelly.
First time I did something like this. :) Paper 15x21cm
Autumn leaf 20x20 cm
This afternoon I went to the forest to look for birch bark. I have some ideas I want to try.
I noticed many autumn colored plants and trees. So, took some shots and picked some leafs. At home I took a canvas 20x20cm and poured medium on it. Then placed the leafs on it. Using the medium as glue. When it was almost dry I took the medium again and painted the entire canvas with it.
Now I have to wait and see what happens to the leafs. Right now they look metallic. I hope the treatment will preserve the colors. Time will tell.
My head is a mess right now. I have tons of ideas, half would be enough. But I learn a lot and it is FUN! So, just bear with me till I cool off :)
