Door, leaf and ballerina

Watching his dream girl!
This is my travelling companion Andreas from my trip to Varanger. He is watching his dreamgirl inside my freezer!

Enlarged from the working file! This composite is created of 6 images; 2 muchrooms I photographed, one lady (free from internet), my empty freezer, Andreas and the door from an outdoor museum I visited.
So, this is for Rains promt of Doorways and Alleys this week.

The Maple leaf
I saw some leafs in a dirty ditch, it looked quite interesting. So, it ended up like this in Photoshop.

The paint from the roller last week, I peeled it off.

The ballerina!

I painted a new background in acrylic color. I had the circle cutout earlier in an OH- sheet. The problem seem always to be to stop the paint to flow under the sheet.

It is Aprils fool today. And as it is Easter too I wish you all a Happy Easter!
I saw it on the almanack. Since I retired I have problems keeping track of holidays. I thought it was next week! 😀

I am now scheduled for the first vaccine shot!

  3. Monica, your freezer door dream girl is brilliantly clever! :) I love the colours of your maple leaf in the ditch...it really is bright and cheerful. Your ballerina is pretty. Oh I'm so glad you are getting vaccinated! I hope it doesn't hurt! I hate needles!

  10. Your freezer seems to have an ice jam in it ... time to defrost, right:) Interesting art this week, love the maple leaves the best. So I don't know how to explain how I did my work in Photoshop. I only have elements and I am pretty sure you have a more advanced version so I am not sure it they work the same. All in all, I sketched then I added things through layers, using different opacities and erasing out what I didn't want. Does that help? Maybe I can do better if you ask specific questions :)
