Colorful dining and watercolor test

Fallow deer

Waxwings

I think the deer and the Waxwings are on the same colorful Dinner party
Photo and digital edits.

I´m searching for a new way to do art without having loads of canvases everywhere. This is a test with watercolor in progress. Not yet finished as can be seen. Not sure this is what I will do. Time will tell.

  4. I love your Waxwings ... they are such beautiful birds and they always arrive in flocks and eat everything in site. Beautiful pictures. As for your water color, you are indeed off to a good start ... you could almost be finished as it is a picture of peaceful beauty. I think you will do well with the water colors :) Have a great week, Monica ...

  5. I love your bird dinner party!! :) The reason I started watercolour was because canvas was getting too expensive for me!! I found it challenging to start and I still have some issues with letting myself be more "loose" with the painting. I hope you like it! It's such a great medium!!

  10. Hello, I love the deer and the pretty Waxwing. The apples are colorful, just like the Waxwings. Your watercolor looks beautiful. The Cedar Waxwing was named the American Bird Assoc ABA bird of the year in 2020. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend. PS, thank you for the visit and comment.

  12. The birds come to dine from my bird feeders morning noon and just before night, if they don't it's usually because they are empty hee hee! You've really given those pictures warmth with that overlay. Your water colour painting is fantastic.
Not had time to look up at PPF this week but just wanted to drop by and wish you a happy week. Hugs Tracey x
