Feminine face

Not easy to be young. Most of us have huge dreams. Of beauty and being famous.
And happiness of course.
Canvas 20x20 cm acrylic paint. Added the painting below and the little lady diecut in photoshp as well as the writing.

This face was created on the open workshop I attended. It is painted with INK.

  1. The wish for beauty is a dangerous one - so many people chase it and then realize it is fleeting, shallow, and does not lead to happiness. Love your drawing and your art journal page. Very thought-proking. Hugz

  3. I like this face also Monica. I am still impressed you can give it so much details without using a whole lot in your drawings. Thanks for sharing with us at Try It On Tuesday. hugs-Erika

  7. Painted with ink ... how interesting. And the face is lovely and she needn't wish for beauty ... beauty is many things and if she is kind and thoughtful, she will be beautiful to anyone who knows her. Lovely post, Monica ...

  10. A super piece of artwork and lovely to see you at Allsorts, but afraid your entry is not eligible as it was posted before our challenge started (backlinked), our rules are on our challenge blog. Also as a note for the future as with most challenges you do need to add a working link back to the challenge.
