Just playing aroung with photoshop. No painting this week as I am preparing an exhibition on our Library. And some thigns got messed up. I got a mail with a threat. Somebody wants bitcoin. a lot, or they will ruin my computer. So, I am in a hurry to finish the paperwork for the exhibition before they blow my computer up. IF they execute the threat to destroy the computer late this evening.
I´m NOT paying!

So, have a great PPF friday and I will go back to what I need to finish. Will visit when I can. :) I do have a laptop too, but that is not good for photo edit. Too small!

More acorns

More acorns. It is quite fun to work with. Only back draw is they fade away quickly. A camera is needed to capture it all. To the left in all images is the same acorn in different stages. It darkens and then it starts to crack.

The acorn to the right in the pen image is the canvas for the center one in the second image. I draw the "tree" from the pattern it it´s bottom area.

I haven´t given up of trying to preserve some of them. I have a few in a bottle with vinegar right now, but I doubt it will work, Seems like the red color is moving out if the acorns :(

I have tried two kind of pens. Ink and gel works. Still have to try arylic paint if I can handle such a tiny brush. :)

Nuts and blues

This is two images from my Instagram account. I suddenly got some unexpected things to take care of so the painting is on hold.

I have experimented with the acorns but it is hard to get what I want. Taking a shot is easy as the acorns are fresh and still has its beautiful colors. But as soon as I want to do something with them they loose the colors and darkens. :( I wanted to create a plate of sorts. But the acorns looses their colors.

The Blues is actually reed that first I took a shot when moving the camera, Then twisted and colored it in photoshop. I like this blue, glowing color so that was what I aimed for.
