Dark fountain
This is a chainpull on white canvas 24x30cm. I had used too much black so I think it became too dark for my taste.
I´m thinking of creating another with more white in it, But I am out of canvases. And, so are the shops. There are three places selling canvases and all of them are waiting for their orders to arrive . Seems the ship is astray somewhere. This made me realize a problem. All of the stores are buying supplies from a single supplier in, probably, China. That way no supplies finds my country if that delivery is disturbed. :(

I printed her photo and fixative to stabilize the colors. Then added medium on the scallop and the image on that. carefully pressing the photo to avoid wrinkles. Then added the sand and stars and finally the blue.

It must be so frustrating when you are waiting on supplies, I am very thankful that I am able to purchase from so many suppliers. I love how you have used the scallop, your Daughter is a beauty. Thank you for sharing.
